Our curriculum delivered in a fun, engaging and relevant way
Our curriculum ensures a clear development of abilities and talents across all classes and is delivered in an enjoyable and appropriate way. The children have opportunities for craft, singing, music, animation, games and outdoor learning (including den building). We have Numeracy and Literacy lessons every morning and we learn through playing, drawing, counting, reading, writing, drama and videos. We have phonics sessions every day so that they can learn all of our sounds to help them improve in reading and writing. Extracurricular activities are free of charge.
The assessed curriculum
Assessment is an important part of our curriculum as it both enhances learning and provides opportunities for children to reflect on what they know, understand and can do. The teacher’s feedback to the students provides the guidance, the tools and the incentive for them to become more competent, more skillful and better at understanding how to learn.

All our classrooms have interactive whiteboards, a digital classroom equipped with computers with latest learning soft wares and internet to enhance learning and scholarship.
Quality assurance and professional development
Our teachers are challenged to constantly reflect upon and improve their skills. All our teachers in Arish International Nursery and Primary school have access to the online curriculum centre, which provides programme documentation, examples of student work, and also acts as the hub of an international online community. Teachers can talk to other teachers around the world, give and receive advice, and post their own example resources for other teachers to share.
