LEARN FROM WOMEN, THEY LIVE LONGER!
Both men and women are the handiwork of the most high God. Women living longer than men have been a proven fact for many years. Men age more quickly than women.
Many women are peaceful and try their best to keep their marriages. A good marital relationship is a predictor of longevity. Men are endearing and may engage in hazardous jobs which may shorten life span. Women suffer morbidity from disease conditions while men suffer mortality from diseases. Sexually transmitted diseases are more symptomatic in men than women.
Women yearn for love and affection and thus engage in relationships with young, peers and the elderly. This makes them happier but men keep to themselves having very few friends to talk with especially as they grow older.
Women have been found to live longer (up to 5 years) after the death of their husbands. Women who marry lazy husbands and that take on too heavy financial burdens may not live long.
Men tend to love achieving too many goals simultaneously of which may expose them to a greater stressed life. Many men are competitive in nature and this makes them to risk their lives more.
Feminine hormones may confer longevity on women because the basal metabolic rates of men are higher than that of women. This presupposes that men’s bodies maybe encountering more stress than women especially at nights.
Men express outbursts of anger and violence more than women which expose them to more stressful life. Many women also believe that the monthly shedding of endometrial waste through menstruation confer longevity.
Men engage more in extra marital affairs, smoking, hard drugs which are killers. Women take care of their health better than men who may endure a failing health. Men will live longer when they are castrated.
Belonging to the male gender is not really a disaster but a role which must be taken more serious if one must match the distinguished qualities of female gender.
